Announcing Social Video

In a recent customer survey, respondents overwhelmingly asked for a way to use video content from social networks on air. We heard your feedback and today we are pleased to announce support for Instagram Video! Starting now, current Vidpresso customers can use video from Instagram in their broadcasts. If you're not using Vidpresso to engage your audience, now is the perfect time to sign-up for a free trial.

For nearly 2 years, Vidpresso has been the best way to use social content in your broadcast, and we've carried that simplicity into our Social Video feature. It really is as easy as using any other social content: find a video post you'd like to send to air; preview it, add it to a playlist, or send it to air, each with just one click. Video Entry

While you'll need to contact us to ensure that your existing stencils are ready for video, you can begin using video in the producer interface today. You can use an existing Instagram channel or create a new one. When you've got the desired channel active in Producer, look for entries that contain the 'Video Post icon' (see above). If you're having trouble finding the perfect video, you can click the filter button and filter by keywords or type:

To open videos in the preview pane, click the "Play" icon on the entry. When you're satisfied that you've found the right video, send it to air!
